Mountain Monk Brewers Pale Ale

No matter how many beers they brew, Mountain Monk Brewers' Pale Ale will always hold a special place in the High Country brewers’ hearts. It was the very first beer they brewed and kegged for their Mount Beauty locals and it’s been a big part of their story since.

That’s pretty unsurprising given it’s a beer that follows in the footsteps of American classics thanks to its use of Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra hops. Pouring with a golden tinge, there’s a bit of biscuit from the malts but otherwise it’s a hoppy affair that’s led by grapefruit zest, fleshy orange, pine and a building bitter finish.,
