Mountain Monk Brewer Ekuanot IPA

When you operate a small brewpub, it gives you an advantage over your peers with bigger stainless. Want to brew a beer that’s just for you? Just do it and it’ll sell, particularly if you tell everyone why you love it. Ekuanot IPA is such a beer: created to showcase Anthony Brewergray’s favourite hop.

Although other hops from the States are in there too – Centennial, Citra and Simcoe – the heavily-hopped IPA features a hefty amount of Ekuanot in both whirlpool and dry hop. As a result, there’s a whole lot of orange, stone fruit and pine to be found in its midst.
