Mountain Monk Brewers Cold IPA

The middle of winter brings plenty of cold, crisp days to Mount Beauty and, while such climates might seem suited to a stout, Moutain Monk Brewers feel cold IPAs can work just as well. Brewed with a mix of pilsner malt and flaked corn, it’s a lean, dry and crisp way to enjoy hops.

The varieties featured here are Centennial, Ekuanot and Sabro, which come together to provide peach, citrus, rockmelon and coconut, and a bitter finish
