Following a successful foray into the world of fitness by way of offering yoga in the brewhouse, they’ve teamed up with their locals at Pound Fitness to trial an event called ‘Pound & Pour’. This will be a sort of fusion of cardio, pilates and strength training to the beat of constant drumming. And after your workout you can take a seat and enjoy a fresh, cold beer.
