Love Shack Brewing Red Ale

The year is 2022, the town is Castlemaine, and the brewery is Love Shack. With little fanfare, they do something you wouldn’t think you’d see in a sea of hazy juice bomb limiteds and hop-dominated core ranges: they go and release Red Ale – a 3.5 percent ABV beer that’s packed full of malty goodness.

The Red Ale has gone on to become quite the popular release and a house favourite here at Crafty Towers. That appeal comes from a flavour-filled mix of tropical, citrus, toffee and caramel notes, where hops and malt are perfectly balanced to ensures it's the sort of middy that, quite frankly, is hard to believe is a middy.
