If you missed Slowbeer's last Wild Feast – or you made it, and you're keen to go again – you're in luck.
Wild Feast is an intimate masterclass talking all things wild fermentation, barrel ageing and blending, this time with the brewing masters from Garage Project.
The dinner will feature special guests Adam Holliday, GP's lead man on the ground in Australia, and David Bell, Wild Workshop Head Brewer.
You'll get the opportunity to taste and discuss some of the brewery's newest limited releases, accompanied by grazing from Fara Feasts, designed to complement the beers on show. Expect a leafy aesthetic and a cornucopia of flavours the way nature intended.
- End of the Golden Weather - Foeder Aged Peach Sour
- Twilight of the Gods - Barrel Aged Riesling Juice Strong Blonde Ale
- Snap Apple - Oak Aged Wild Cider
- Pas de Deux - Biere de Champagne
You'll also be treated to a tap beer on arrival, with your choice of Petit Mort Brett Summer Session Ale or Hippity Dippity Bretty Hoppy IPA.
The event begins at 6.30pm
Tickets cost $60pp (+BF) and Crafty Cabal members who snap one up get a free bottle of GP Muse Lemon & Hibiscus Wild Ale with ticket purchase. See your members area for details on how to claim.
