The first Brewer's Table event at the Empire Hotel for 2016 is something of a local affair with the head brewer that's been invited in to head the table being that of Willie The Boatman.
In fact the Tempe brewery won't just be sending one brewer, but the whole Boatman crew are ready to board for an evening of what we can presume to be one approaching excess. They'll be sharing the secrets of six of their beers alongside six courses of food from the Empire's kitchen.
