Where would the beer world be without Belgium? Well, it would probably still be here but it would be far less exciting.
The little European country is responsible for a great many of the world's finest beers and beer styles, so what better day and way to celebrate that than by heading to the Belgian Beer Cafe on July 21, Belgium's national day.
Doing so at this special event will give you a unique opportunity to try seven different Belgian styles of beer made by six different brewers. Leading the line is the inimitable Rodenbach who will be supplying two brews. The other five beers will come from local brewers – Murray's, Kaiju!, Kooinda, Moon Dog and Wolf of the Willows – who will each be creating a new Belgian style beer for the event.
