Job Description: Assistant Brewer
Ballistic Beer Co in Brisbane are seeing significant growth and are now on the hunt for an awesome person to join the ranks in the position of Assistant Brewer. We are a fast-growing independent brewery looking to expand our team to keep up with the ever growing demand for our beer.
This is an entry level position and will be filled by someone experienced in working hard and being a good person.
Scope of Role
The role of Assistant Brewer at Ballistic is all about making amazing beer. You will be trained in all facets of producing, caring for, analysing and packaging good beer. You must be prepared to scrub floors, stack pallets, lift sacks of grain and get your hands dirty. At Ballistic we do everything we can to make the best beer possible. Only safety comes before the quality of our beer and the fitting applicant will share this view. The role will encompass shift and weekend work.
