Eagle Bay made the switch to cans late last year, which you may have spotted in Western Australia's many good beer venues.

If you'd like to help more people spot their beers, they're hiring a sales manager.

Job Description: Sales Manager (Perth based)

Eagle Bay Brewing Co is on the hunt for an agile, hands-on, and experienced Sales Manager, based in Perth in a full-time capacity.

Eagle Bay Brewing Co is family owned and operated. Since 2010, we have been steadily growing our brewery production capacity and distribution throughout WA.  Our Sales Manager role will support the future growth of the business with contribution to the Sales strategy, as well as overseeing a small sales team and continuing to be hands-on with our customers and key accounts.

We have good relationships with established customers and a reputation for being reliable and good to work with, so it is important to us for the candidate to be friendly, a good communicator, unwaveringly motivated, super organised to be able to work autonomously and a strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise.  Experience within the FMCG sector is required, and someone who loves the beer scene would be highly desirable.

The right person for this role will have previous experience in managing a territory and direct reports. We are seeking someone who has proven experience in growing business with key account groups in the retail, on-premise, wholesale and grocery channels. Strong negotiation and relationship skills along with previous experience with managing pricing strategies, budgets and P&L’s is also required.

This role entails top-line strategy and management but is also balanced with customer calls and supporting the activation of activities with our customers and at events. The role will work closely alongside the Marketing Manager and Head Brewer, and report directly to the General Manager.

The role whilst predominately being based in Perth, will also require travel across the state (mostly to the South West) to maintain strong relationships with our customers, grow territories and support the development of the small sales team. The successful candidate will need to live in the Perth area, have a current driver’s licence and be able to work in Australia. Vehicle and phone allowance, along with laptop will be provided.

If you are a lover of craft brews and you think this role is for you, please tell us why, send your CV with a cover letter to keith@eaglebaybrewing.com.au.
