Job Description: Sales Rep
UpFlow is a dedicated non-alcoholic brewery, striving to craft the world’s best tasting beer, without alcohol. We help people maximise their potential through healthy, happy lives while we evolve beer culture.
The Role:
We are seeking a full-time experienced sales representative to help drive national sales through a variety of sales channels: on and off-premise liquor, grocery and online retail, working with existing distributors, as well as direct wholesale customers. Your role will focus on maintaining and growing our existing customer base and building new business through new and existing relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Proven sales track record in beverages or FMCG
- Experience and network connections
- Passion for the product and in-depth knowledge of the fast-growing non-alcoholic beverage market
- Customer-focused mentality to drive successful outcomes for customers and business
- Ability to work autonomously and prepare and execute sales plans to hit targets
- Strong communication, time management and organisational skills
- Driving license
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow distribution and volume nationally
- Organise and hold sample tastings and events
- Achieve a minimum number of sales calls per week, to log through HubSpot CRM
- Support new and existing customers
- Engage and grow relationships with key customer groups
- Collaborate with Marketing on digital and events programs
