Job Description: Sydney Territory Manager

Capital Brewing Co is one of Australia’s fastest growing craft breweries that has been making award-winning Good Natured Brews from our Fyshwick brewery and taproom since mid 2017. About the role

Working as part of our Sydney sales team of working closely with our NSW State Manager and Head of Sales, your role will be to manage and grow our on-premise customer base and help to develop and deliver on key sales strategies within your territory. Your customer base will be predominantly located in the Sydney CBD, inner west and eastern suburbs, targeting and working with on-premise customers and will also include a regional territory in NSW for on & off-premise accounts. The position involves face to face sales calls, account management, new business development, establishing mutually beneficial relationships with our customers and delivering on our growth targets.

Key Duties Include:

  • Provide exceptional service to Capital customers
  • Conduct quality control of Capital beers
  • Build brand awareness and advocacy with accounts
  • New business acquisition
  • Support and execution of key national strategies
  • Execute strategic plans to achieve set sales targets
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Manage the relationship within accounts
  • Set objectives for each sales call
  • Event planning, coordination & execution
  • Represent Capital Brewing Co at industry and consumer events
  • Create and maintain an effective call cycle
  • Use and maintain information in CRM
  • Achieve set sales targets

Skills and experience

The successful applicant will have:

  • Have a persuasive and credible presentation style

  • Demonstrated experience achieving KPI's

Highly regarded:

  • Existing relationships in the on-premise liquor channel
  • Two years of experience business to business sales
  • Experience in new business acquisition
  • Passion for the craft beer industry
