Job Description: Brewery Operations & Administration All-Rounder

Sydney Brewery are looking for a dynamic Operations and Administration All-rounder to join the team. This full time (40 hours per week) role will be based at our World Square brewery office in Sydney’s CBD.

This is a role that would suit someone who enjoys multi-tasking and varied daily responsibilities within the craft beer sector.

Tasks involved in this role include

Administration:

  • Managing brewery enquiries and orders
  • Creating daily delivery run sheets for our drivers and external couriers
  • Invoicing
  • Weekly reporting on sales and stocktakes
  • POS and Merchandise stocktaking and distribution including sourcing any new merchandise required
  • Updating basic website and social media content
  • Provide support to Sales, Marketing and Brewery teams

Operations:

  • Coordinating stock movements between our brewery and warehousing sites
  • Managing key national retail online orders including processing, picking, and packing orders ready for collection
  • Managing Sydney Brewery online orders including processing, picking, and packing orders ready for collection
  • Assisting in any logistics for SFC delivery needs

Events:

  • Planning, preparing, and staffing beer festivals, promotional events, and tastings
  • Assisting in planning, preparing, and staffing all SFC run events including Canberra Craft Beer and Cider Festival, Hunter Valley Wine and Beer Festival and Gold Coast Beer and Cider Festival
  • Attending events representing Sydney Brewery

  • Hospitality and/or Brewery experience
  • Strong organisation and communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and automatously
  • Able to work flexible hours including some evening and weekend work
  • Basic knowledge in Xcel, Word, MYOB and social media platforms
