JOB DESCRIPTION: HEAD BREWER
Deeds Brewing are moving into a new growth phase and are on the lookout for a Head Brewer. We are a well-established, independent brewery based in Melbourne’s Inner East, with a focus on quality and innovation.

A truly exceptional opportunity for a talented and experienced head brewer to join the team of one of Australia’s best independent craft breweries. Our brand is well established and our beers are sold nationally. We reside in a 2600m2 facility and taproom located in Glen Iris in Melbourne Inner South East.
We are looking for an individual with drive, energy, brewing knowledge, passion and management experience.
Required:
- At least 7 years brewing in a commercial production environment.
- Brewing qualifications (IBD, TAFE, University).
- Management experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of how to make excellent beer.
- WH&S knowledge.
- Great team skills.
- Experience running packaging lines.
- Commitment to Quality Control and Continuous Improvement using best practices
Desirable:
- Distilling knowledge.
