After growing significantly over the last year, they're looking to expand their brewing team.
Job Description: Brewer
Shifty Lizard Brewing Co. is a small brewery based on the Fleurieu Peninsula of South Australia and has seen some big growth over the last 12 months after establishing in 2016.
Because of this growth we are looking for a reliable, experienced and motivated BREWER and all-rounder to help our production team reach the next level.
The role will be full time with an expectation of a few weekend shifts.
About you:
- Have a passion and deep knowledge for craft beer and spirits.
- Motivated
- Able to work autonomously on a professional system
- Able to take instructions and execute them at a high quality
- Willing to adapt and grow within a small team

What you need to have:
- At least 2 years experience on a professional system
- Proven track record of creating and brewing modern beer styles
- the ability to work flexible hours
- Drivers license
- right to work permanently in Australia
