The Grifter Brewing Co are a brewery dedicated to their local community and serving up excellent beers in their backyard.
As a team member prepares to take parental leave, the brewery are looking for beer ambassador to help sell their beer across their neighbourhood.
Job Description: Sales Rep - Parental Leave Contract, nine months with flexibility to extend
The Grifter Brewing Co is now hiring an experienced Sales Representative for a parental leave contract of 9 months with review to extend as needed.
This role has a start date of 19th August 2024.
A valued member of our team is stepping away for parental leave and we wish to find a suitable cover for the important customer base they manage.
We are an innovative brewery in the beer hub of Sydney's Inner West.
As a brand ambassador for our business, you will be servicing a selection of valued retail customers predominantly based in our backyard, to strengthen and retain great business relationships.
You will be responsible for the ongoing sales activity, exploring opportunities for new business while ensuring retention and management of existing relationships and sales revenue.
Working with a motivated and hardworking team of salespeople, you will be interacting with our brewing and production team frequently, and our finance and logistics team daily to ensure the high standard of customer service, and quality product is continually delivered to our valued customers.
Qualifications Required
- Driver’s Licence (Full drivers licence for manual/automatic transmission)
- RSA License
- 1-2 years customer service experience
- 1-2 years sales experience (preferably in business to business, customer service role).
- Exceptional organisational skills, clear & effective communication skills
- Experience with a variety of cloud based software applications - assisting with invoicing, logistics and sales.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/googlesheets experience and general computer competency.
Company laptop provided, along with access to vehicles, and phone allowance paid.
Would suit someone with direct experience, but open to all who has a passion for strong customer service, is a people person and highly organised.
