Mornington Peninsula Brewery has fast become one of the bigger players in the Victorian craft beer industry. As sales continue to grow it is looking to add an extra sales rep to its team based in and around Melbourne.

JOB DESCRIPTION – VIC SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Mornington Peninsula Brewery is adding to its sales force for Victoria and is looking for an experienced beer salesperson to focus on the CBD and South East suburbs primarily. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, applicants will be responsible for undertaking the following: 

Duties:

  • New business development for both on and off-premise
  • Achieving sales targets for both draught and packaged products
  • Drive sales through existing customers
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers
  • Drive sales through ALM and Paramount
  • Build the brand
  • Conduct in-store and staff tastings
  • Sell and implement promotions
  • Work festivals and other events
  • Maintain and utilise a CRM (and other applications/programs)

Requirements:

  • Experience is essential
  • Beer knowledge is essential with further training provided
  • Victorian driver’s licence (manual preferred)
  • Permanent resident
  • Victorian RSA
