FOR SALE: Bottling Line & Labeller

Prancing Pony Brewery in the Adelaide Hills has expanded and upgraded its brewery many times since launching. That means there's equipment they no longer need, including a bottling line and labeller they're looking to sell.

FOR SALE: BOTTLING LINE & LABELLER

We are selling our Bottler and Labeller (Borelli/OMG) due to a recent installation of a higher capacity packaging line.

The gravity-fed, 10-head bottler is capable of filling up to 1,200 bottles per hour and the in-line labeller can add two labels either back and front or wrap and neck, in the same run. This is a converted, wine filler/labeller and we have engineered PLC controlled safety and control sensors to maximise output.

This equipment can be run with two operators.

Included in the package are:

  • sensor operated lid dispenser
  • 2 short conveyors
  • corking and foiling attachments (if converting back to a wine filler)
  • PLC control box
  • star wheels for 2 sets of bottles (330ml and 500ml)

It's very easy to operate and clean and this equipment has a very small footprint, can be moved out of the way and is easy to clean.  This was our first piece of equipment and has served us very well indeed.

The India Red Ale that won the Supreme Champion Trophy in London was bottled on this equipment. We no longer need it and, for clearance of space, this equipment is priced at $49,000 o.n.o. to sell quickly.

Some of head brewer Frank's time can be bundled in if needed for setup and training. Video of the equipment in operation is available on request.
