JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWER
The search is on: we are on the hunt for a motivated brewer to join our crew. Love brewing beer, barrel programs, sours, packaging and being part of a motivated and ambitious herd, then this opportunity could be right in your paddock.
With a focus in 2018 on entering new markets, getting more beers into people's mouths, we need someone to contribute in the engine room of our business, the brewhouse. Offering support to the head brewer, the existing brew crew and Beerfarm team in delivering quality, consistent and interesting beers forever and always.

- A can do attitude to completing tasks and a experience in being a bloody good person
- The ability to slide into a team and contribute effectively and positively to the operation
- A passion for all things beer, cider and all the fun things
- Ability to adapt to change and be flexible with working hours
- A self driven individual who consistently looks at ways to make themselves and the business more productive
Skills that pay the bills
- Experience in commercial brewing procedures and delivering a range of styles
- Ability to follow company procedures relating to the brewing process, quality control, CIP and OH+S
- Minimum of 1 years commercial brewing experience
- Knowledge of maintaining brewing equipment and previous experience being a legend
- 1 years packaging experience (Keg & Pack)
- Proven experience of working within a brewery environment
- Experience at recording data for QC
- Experience in Laboratory process; based on the maintenance of Beer Quality
