The expansion of Marrickville's Sauce Brewing continues, with their brewery in full swing, their packaging line getting a thorough workout, new beers hitting taps and their taproom and beer garden welcoming plenty of people through a first summer. 

Now they're looking to spread their wares further afield, starting with a rep in Queensland... 

Job Description: Territory Sales Manager (QLD)

Sauce Brewing Co is one of Australia’s most exciting new craft breweries. 

Our brewery is in the heart of Australia’s craft-beer capital: Marrickville, in Sydney’s Inner-West. We spent 12 months building a best in class brewery and, as of Spring 2017, it's been in full swing.

We have a small team of passionate people, producing some of the best beers (we think) this side of Pluto.

With an already impressive client list and strong presence in NSW, we're now in growth mode and require an energetic Sales Professional to develop the Queensland market.

We're looking for a vibrant and outgoing sales person with a passion for craft beer to help us build the brand and drive sales of our beer into craft beer venues and bottle shops.

As part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture, the successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and driven.

About the role

  • Develop strong and influential relationships with key customers, both new and existing
  • Ensure achievement of Revenue Growth & GP targets 
  • Represent the brewery at promotional events and festivals

You will:

  • Have a passion for craft beer and knowledge of the major styles 
  • Demonstrated experience in a B2B sales and/or an account management role
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Be disciplined and able to self-manage your daily activities
  • Have a tertiary or relevant trade qualification 

You must:

  • Have a current driver’s license & vehicle
  • Have a QLD RSA with the ability to work in NSW
  • Be able to work flexible hours
