Southern Highlands Brewing Strange Cat

This limited release tropical sour from Southern Highlands comes bearing strong Lewis Caroll-meets-Halloween vibes. And while such beers have been relatively commonplace across much of Australia for a few years now, I imagine this would still be blowing minds (or repulsing palates) in their home region.

The fruit flavours are more noticable to taste, wrapping themselves around the cleansing acid, with the guava the dominant character, and some familiar lacto-derived sourness on the nose.
