There may be no better indication of how much a community means to a brewery than the fact that Molly Rose is open and pouring free beer on Christmas Day.
It certainly won't be normal trading. It's not a brazen attempt to cash in on thirsty secular types. No, it's just founder Nic Sandery (pictured above) doing something to say "thanks" to the people who support him and his business for the other 364 days a year.
To wit, if you're in the neighbourhood at 11am, Nic will be opening the doors for around half an hour and, in the spirit of giving, pouring a free pot of Christmas cheer to anyway who wanders in.
