Enjoy a double dose of the Crafted Beer Festival in 2024 as the much-loved Gold Coast festival adds a Newcastle date to its annual celebration of all things crafty.
Now in its eighth year, the Crafted Beer Fest boasts a massive lineup of local brewers (plus a few internationals) pouring more than 400 different treats, a culinary armada of top local food producers, and a reliably epic and eclectic lineup of live music.
The full lineup for the Gold Coast leg at Broadbeach on September 14 has been made and there are more than 50 different brewers turning up, with first appearances from the likes of King Tide Brewing, Future Magic, and Common Ground next to well established names and local faves such as Black Hops, Burleigh, Balter, Madocke, and Precinct Brewing.
As well as beer there'll be cider, seltzers, ginger beers, non-alcs, wines, and something a little stronger courtesy of Granddad Jack’s Craft Distillery, a two-storey vintage bar that'll be parked on-site serving up cocktails and craft spirits.
On the food front, expect everything from gourmet dogs Brazilian-style churrasco, Italian street food, seafood, smash burgers and much, much more, including a feast of options of the vegan and vegetarian variety.
Meanwhile up on the stage you'll be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of Children Collide, Lazy Ghost, Seaside, Austin Mackay, Lipline and many more; suffice to say, if you're into indie, folk, goth, surf rock and anything adjacent or in between, there'll be something to enjoy.
Festival tickets are on sale now here.
The Newcastle leg of the festival is taking place on November 16.
