There may be a whole world of flavours and experiences to be had at the Fleurieu Food Festival in the beautiful McLaren Vale region, but the table to be at is the one headed by Briony Liebich.
On August 18 the colourful Flavour Logic founder and South Australian local is hosting a special 'Brews & Bites' session where she'll be sharing the many and varied delights of indie beer.
During the session you'll get to try a whole bunch of local beers and be walked through what makes them taste the way they do and how to pair them with food. On that, all the beers will be paired with snacks and treats exclusively from Fleurieu Peninsula producers. It'll be what you always wanted to school to be: fun and informative, full of useful stuff that'll come in handy for the rest of your days.
Your ticket includes sensory games, a sampling of eight different beer styles, and snacks to go with them (note: all food will be vego-friendly).
