On August 1 the wild ale maestros from La Sirène are teaming up with innovative Fitzroy restaurant Gaea and their well credentialed head chef Mo Zhou (ex Attica, Vue de Monde, The Press Club) for an epic five course degustation that ought to be a contender for the most memorable meal you'll eat this year.
The exclusive and unique event – there are just 16 spots at the table – will pair a special selection of La Sirène beers with Gaea's modern, Asian-inspired menu and earthy, moody vibe.
