Good things, they say, take time. Well, it's taken a lot of it and a lot of asking, but some very good things are coming to Carwyn Cellars.
This weekend will see the first appearance in Australia of a number of limited release beers from California's Heretic Brewing. Seven in total will appear at the Thornbury bottle store's back bar with the lineup as follows:
- Evil Cousin Imperial IPA (8%)
- Evil Twin American Red (6.8%)
- Shallow Grave Porter (7%)
- Gramarye Rye Pale Ale (4.4%)
- Petit Rouge Belgian Blonde with Hibiscus (5.4%)
- Incubus Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (12%)
- Primo Diablo Habanero infused Imperial IPA (8%)
These beers will likely be in high demand, so the event will run over two days. The store will be open from 10am on Saturday and 12pm on Sunday.
