Chocolate possibly isn't the first food you'd think of when it comes to pairing with beer, but given some thought it works and works damn well.

That's exactly what you can do on Thursday March 17 when the Flat Rock Brew Cafe teams up with Adora Fine Chocolates for an evening of beer and chocolate matching.
