For the past two years, Carwyn Cellars has put on an event called Midnight Sour and, even amongst the many big events they host, it's proven to be the most popular with staff and punters.
How it works is that on a chosen day they will tap a different sour beer, every hour, on the hour. The evening reaches a crescendo at midnight with the tapping of a special sour beer that's never poured elsewhere before.
Midnight Sour III (aka: the 2017 edition) will be happening on Wednesday January 25 and, for a bit of extra mystery, they're keeping the beers secret until the moment they're tapped, but the participating breweries are below (in no particular order):

Update! the event was originally scheduled to begin at midday but the good folks at La Sirene swung them a keg of an otherwise US-only bottled release. They’ll now be kicking off with that beer at 11am.
This is not a ticketed event so just turn up as early as you can and settle in for a big day.
