The great thing about the shortest day of the year is that the night is really long. And when the night is long and the weather is cool, it's time to roll out them comforting dark beers. The team at Staves Brewery certainly think so anyway as they're going all-dark for the Winter Solstice.
From opening on June 21 their taps will feature eight dark beers – five of their own creation alongside three more from fellow small Aussie brewers. And if you're in the mood for food, you'll be able to tuck into some fine pizza.
