Hop Nation recently took over the former Mornington Peninsula Brewery production facility and are expanding their brewing team.
If you've got a minimum of two year's experience on the tools, they'd like to hear from you.
JOB DESCRIPTION: EXPERIENCED BREWER
With current expansion happening at our newly acquired production facility Hop Nation is looking for an experienced brewer to join our team. The facility is located at 20 Latham St, on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. A minimum of two years experience is required.
Duties include:
- Wort production
- Cellar duties including CIP
- Running centrifuge
- Operation of a CODI canning line and keg filling
- Quality control and data recording
- Raw materials handling
- Assistance with equipment repair and maintenance
- Problem solving
Shift work and a reasonable level of physical strength are required. Deadline for applications is October 23, 2020.
