Job Description: Experience Ambassador
Felons is a modern-day brewery nestled down under the Story Bridge on the banks of the mighty Brisbane River. Every day, we roll up our doors with a smile – brewing balanced beer which remains connected to nature and all that is good about Brisbane.
We truly believe that beer is what binds us all to this great part of the world! Felons Brewing Co is now on the look out for a passionate and dynamic Experience Ambassador to take the Felons brand to new heights. With a proactive approach and known floor presence, you will be a strong supporter for our team members and build strong relationships with our guests, all whilst displaying a passionate enthusiasm for the brand.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver a world class guest experience whilst demonstrating a genuine passion for the Felons brand.
- Display a true passion for everything beer related.
- Co-ordinate and deliver training programs and brewery tours.
- Championing the Felons online store experience.
- Ensuring venue presentation is at a high standard at all times.
- Liaising with other departments on a regular basis
- A high knowledge of the product produced in venue
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in working in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Experience in managing and coaching teams
- RSA essential
- Knowledge of the Cicerone Certification Program
- Intermediate computer skills
