Job Description: Area Manager - Victoria
Established in 2005 by Mona founder David Walsh, Moo Brew is Tasmania’s largest independent craft brewery. Moo Brew boasts a core range of premium, stylistic icons and an ever-evolving suite of limited releases.
We’re seeking an Area Sales Manager to continue flying the Moo Brew flag in Victoria. You’ll be asked to build upon Moo Brew’s existing client base in Greater Melbourne and implement a regional sales plan.
In doing so, you’ll strengthen Moo Brew’s reputation on the “mainland” (yes, we’re VERY Tasmanian)
The Gig:
- Building Moo Brew’s existing client base and implementing a regional sales plan
- Maintaining and developing key relationships with stakeholders, including warehouses, logistics and accounts
- Customer relationship management and development, from logistics through to delivery
- Autonomous role, with no “in office” expectation
- Provide technical support and advice to customers
- Promote new and existing products to the industry and stakeholders
- Perform product tastings and presentations as required
- Work collaboratively with the brewery team to achieve company goals
The You:
- Self-motivated with an ability to self-manage tasks and prioritise
- Ability to work autonomously productively
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good customer service skills
- Passionate about the beer industry, with a good knowledge of craft beer brewing processes
- Experienced in sales and account management (ideally in beer) preferred
