Following a recent expansion, they're looking to take on a senior brewer for the role of brewery production manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWERY PRODUCTION MANAGER
Yulli’s Brews are looking to hire a full time production manager to assist the brewing team in efficiently planning, organising and managing the operations of our production brewery at their site in Alexandria, Sydney.
Yulli’s Brews has recently undergone an expansion of sorts; increasing capacity and equipment and is looking for a senior brewer to assist in the management of our schedule, procedures and brewing team.
Brewery Production Manager
Role Responsibilities include:
- Perform daily operations which include but are not limited to: wort production, cellaring, CIP, transfers, packaging.
- Work closely with our head brewer to uphold the standards established over the last 10 years
- Manage production schedule for efficient flow of production
- Manage inventory for brewing and packaging requirements
- Coordinate brewing team’s daily tasks
We are ideally looking for a candidate with:
- 2 years production brewery experience
- Brewing qualification of some sort is preferred
- Strong organisational skills
- Have a solid understanding of wort production and beer packaging
- Someone comfortable working with a small, vibrant team of beer enthusiasts
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required
