Stone & Wood need no introduction in these parts. But among the many reasons for their success is that they've built up a presence well beyond their brewery and the venues that support them.

They're keen operators in the online sphere and are now looking for someone to help develop that side of their world further still.

ONLINE COMMS & DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT

Over the past eight years at Stone & Wood, we have developed an incredible online community that is highly engaged with what we're doing and what we're brewing. Our online channels are the most important way for us to be able to communicate. 

We're passionate about good beer and being ingrained in our communities. For us, our online community is just as important as connecting over a couple of schooners, so we're after a gun who can take our online presence, engagement and connection to the next level!

This role needs a specialist, someone who is always on social media, is the first to know about the latest digital trend or cool piece of content that's just been released, enjoys crunching the numbers to keep improving our online presence and loves independent local beer. We want an ideas person who is motivated to keep taking the strength of the brand further and encourage people to connect deeper. 

Through reporting and intuitive analytics you will review our current systems, offering intelligent solutions to increase our online shop revenue and drive engagement. Most importantly, you align with our values, see the greater vision and can enjoy working alongside an incredible team. 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Online strategy and execution 
  • Social media strategy and execution
  • Online communications 
  • Acquisition and conversion through the online store
  • Content roll out schedule inline with Creative and Community calendar 
  • Project management of SEO/SEM
  • Website updates and maintenance
  • Loyalty program and roll out
  • Reporting and analytics that provide insight on the effectiveness of our strategies
  • Online budget
  • Email marketing plan
  • Database management 
  • Influencer engagement and outreach program

Essential:

  • Three years (min) experience in social media, PR and/or digital marketing
  • Demonstrable passion for both beer and digital marketing
  • Strong writing skills 
  • Strong project management skills
  • Clear, proven experience and understanding of reporting effectiveness of campaigns
  • An insatiable desire to create conversation and spark discussion
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce solutions and trends
  • Experience in web design or website administration
  • Ability to understand the consumer journey – passionate for customer service
