JOB DESCRIPTION: VENUE MANAGERS & CASUALS
We are looking to add casual staff and managers to the team at The Palace Hotel in South Melbourne. In 2016, we took out the title of Best Pub in the Time Out Melbourne Pub Awards and are one of the few places offering a great variety of craft beer south of the river in the city.
The Palace is a popular venue featuring two beer gardens, a busy kitchen, dining room, front bar and other function spaces. We are also one of Melbourne's top rated pubs for sport and dog friendly too.
If you'd like to be a part of our team, here's what's required:
- Opening and closing of venue
- Customer service
- Day & night shifts (weekends included)
- Cellaring
- Stocktake
