JOB DESCRIPTION: AREA MANAGER - SYDNEY
The Moo Brew story started at a winery in Tasmania 11 years ago – with a bunch of dirt-bike riding brewers making traditional beer styles with a twist and some very unique bottles labelled in legit artwork. Since then, our beers from Tasmania have come a long way; with our six core styles (plus highly anticipated seasonals) now enjoyed all over the nation.
Our core values are consistency and top-notch quality in our beers. We are committed to providing next-level service for our venues and bottle-shops. And just like the original crew, we are still passionate about outdoor pursuits, the creative industries and our community; all of which we support with local-level events in each state.
We’re experiencing significant growth and we need someone who lives these values to help take our brand to the next level in NSW.
The role will involve:
- Direct sales to our current customers
- Driving increased sales through new individual and group-level accounts
- Co-ordinating events, festivals and activations
- Seeking out new opportunities for brand development
- Developing and implementing tasting programs with off-premise customers
- A commitment to in-venue education and training
- An understanding of warehousing, distribution and logistics and the ability to manage these facets of the business on behalf of your state
- Second-to-none customer support
- Keeping an ear-to-the ground for trends within the industry
- A willingness to be an active participant in craft beer industry culture
- The ability to think at a micro-localised, statewide and nationwide level with an eye towards the best outcome for the entire Moo Brew team
- A positive attitude, team approach and an openness to new ideas
You must hold a current RSA, full driver’s license and be eligible to work in Australia.
