The Mornington Peninsula is to gain another brewery later this year when St Andrew's Beach Brewery opens in Fingal. The operation will be growing produce for use in the brewery on its land and will also feature a 180 capacity venue.

The founders are looking to take on a head brewer as the launch date of November approaches.

JOB DESCRIPTION: HEAD BREWER (VIC)

Do you like surfing, fishing, golf and making beer? If the answer is yes then read the ad below very carefully...

Opening in November this year is St Andrews Beach Brewery on the spectacular Mornington Peninsula in costal Victoria.

The St Andrews Beach Brewery is very unique: situated on close to 80 acres, this pristine property will be used to provide produce to the brewery operation and create an environment unique to the craft brewing industry but only 80 mins drive from the Melbourne CBD.

The operation has been built from scratch utilising the unique features of the property but, most importantly, with a brand new, state of the art 25HL brewery and first class infrastructure.

The property is licensed to hold 180 patrons and will have a full food offering to accompany the outstanding beer.

We are looking for a brewer who is a “team player” and wants to become part of our team for the long term. If you and your family are looking for a sea change, look no further: great schools, great beaches, great golf courses, great fishing and most importantly, great blokes to work with.

If this is you, please send your details to tim@sabb.com.au.
