The Australian beer scene wouldn't look like it does today without Little Creatures. The brewery's beers and its approach to hospitality have helped define craft beer here and now they're looking for a venue manager for the place where it all started.

JOB DESCRIPTION: VENUE MANAGER (WA)

Born out of a love affair with great beer, Little Creatures is a flavour loving brewer who makes distinctive hop driven beers that are inspired by the creativity and free thinking nature of its people.

Our largest and most successful venue, the ‘Great Hall’ is now seeking a vibrant and experienced Venue Manager to join our Fremantle operations. Opportunity like this does not come along often to be part of Little Creatures ‘spiritual home’, leading a large team to provide a magical Little Creatures experience for our guests.

This unique hands on role will see you have full responsibility for the venue’s operations and may suit someone who can bring a sense of creativity & flair whilst inspiring your team by leading from the front. It’s a given that you will have a passion for beer & food as well as have exceptional in depth knowledge of current and future hospitality trends.

As a leader in Little Creatures, you’ll need:

  • A comprehensive knowledge of all hospitality operations
  • Significant industry experience in successfully managing, motivating and developing a large team
  • Solid business acumen to manage and monitor financial budgets, cost of goods, labour costs and other expenses.
  • The ability to deliver a consistent product and experience within a high volume environment.
  • Flexible availability, to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
