The brewery holds an on-premises and off-premises liquor licence, which is transferable to a new owner by application and transfer of these licenses by the Tasmanian Liquor Commission.
The premises are available for continuation of the lease, which expires on April 30, 2018. There are two further options of three years available to a new owner or the premises can be vacated at this time and the equipment and operation removed by the new owner.
