Hazy was once see as a fleeting trend but these days, often the first word out of a brewery visitors mouth is "Do you have any hazies?"
It's like we've all tapped into a single stream of cosciousness, or a Hivemind Hazy IPA as Canberr'a Cypher Brewing call it. Their core range beer is made with generous lashing of Citra which don't just come in pellets but are also to be found in the shape of Lupomax and Spectrum, while New Zealand's Nelson Sauvin is also part of the collective. As a result, the soft, juicy and creamy beer brings fresh melon, white grapes, mango and stonefruit, to suggest that maybe this unified Hivemind has just taken control of a fruit bowl.
