Here, we find Beer Fontaine shining a light on some of the delicious ingredients coming from the new world with Somethin Bout This Lil Pils: A New World Pilsner featuring a lineup of NZ hops. Pouring a pale lemon with a generous head on top, A New World Pilsner hosts a bouquet of fragrances that, with those hops punctuated by Munich and Pilsner malts, flit as far and wide as celery and rye bread.
The trio of hops in question are Nelson Sauvin, Motekua and Wakatu, coming together in a pilsner that's bold beyond its means, adding a party atmosphere to its 4.5 percent ABV. A beer you could enjoy all night, perhaps alongside some fruity cheese.
