Nor’Esther – a pale ale named after a close friend of the Froth team and paying homage to the founders' Australian and American heritage – uses Aussie malt and American hops to yield a well-rounded, crowd-pleasing ale.
Cascade, Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe are the hops of choice and together form a resinous, piney profile with citrus and grassiness also featuring. A solid malt character is backed by firm but integrated bitterness and a smooth, medium body.
One of Froth’s most popular brews, this approachable but full-flavoured offering is understandably a fan favourite.
