Understandably, the Sesh Tap at Noosa Hinterland turns over quickly; after all, it’s populated by beers suited to schooies consumed in (responsibly) rapid succession. But gee, it’d be nice if this one hung around a bit longer.
This beer’s quite simple in one sense, but it gains a lot from that simplicity. Made with experimental hop NZ-107, NZ Session brings a nice lime aroma to the nose, and adds to that lime a little grassy freshness in the mouth. As it’s dry on the tongue with just a slightly fluffy effervescence, it welcomes sip after sip until it’s… well, gone.
Time for another schooie!
