Gypsy Hub offers an award-winning contract brewing and distilling service, from R&D right through to production, bottling, canning, kegging, labelling and distributing your commercially ready product. We operate out of our HACCP certified facility in Melbourne's inner north, working with a broad range of national clients and beverage types.
Our capital equipment includes (but not limited to):
- 4 vessel 40HL brewhouse capable of batch sizes (40HL, 75HL and 200HL)
- various canning and bottling lines (up to 3000 CPH or 5000 BPH)
- kegging batches in 20L, 30L and 50L kegs
- labellers
- tank farm
- oak room
- pasteuriser and processing equipment
- bonded storage
- logistics infrastructure
Our operation is driven by a broad team of qualified brewers, distiller, winemakers, engineers, logistics and administrative personnel, all working collaboratively in one location.
