Brisvegans can get their fill of barrel aged beers as Newstead Brewing turns over the taps at its Doggett Street brewpub to nothing but oaky brews.
Barrel Fest 2018 takes place over two sessions on August 11, with 12 beers lined up for each session (plus a couple of barrel aged ciders).
Pouring will be a mix of beers from the brewery's own barrel program plus a selection from local and international brewers. You can look out for beers from the likes of Sierra Nevada, Wildflower, Boatrocker, Croft, Mornington Peninsula, Stockade, 3 Ravens, Hop Nation, MoonDog, Hallertau and 8 Wired.
There will be specials from the kitchen to keep attendees nourished too.
