Job Description: Sales Manager

Lead a close-knit sales team at a leading Melbourne brewery based in Collingwood.

We are seeking an engaging leader to fill the shoes of our beloved Sales Manager who is off on new adventures. This role will lead the charge in servicing and building upon our existing customer base whilst nurturing the team to do the same in their territories. We are looking for someone to bring structure, rigour and professionalism to the business whilst maintaining the benefit of a SME to be agile and nimble.


  • Spearhead strategic sales initiatives, advise on individual and team KPIs and sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to expand business predominantly within Melbourne and Victoria.
  • Whilst we are particularly looking for experience in the off-premise space you'll still need to have excellent overview of on-premise trade
  • Submit reports on time and actively lead team meetings, ensure adherence to call cycles.
  • Be business savvy and Excel literate for managing budgets and expenses
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including the production team, directors, CEO and Marketing Department
  • This is a vital leadership role that requires a high level of emotional intelligence to develop, drive, nurture, and support the sales team to achieve targets and foster relationships in trade settings.
