During Good Beer Week, Hawkers, Pink Boots Society AU, Yakima Chief Hops & Cryer Malt all gathered at Hawkers' brewery for a collaboration brew day.
They created Saint Hildegard, a hopalicious XPA named in honour of the "patron saint of hops" and featuring Oregon specialist malts from Great Western Malt and Yakima Chief Hop's Pink Boots Hop Blend.
