If you're up for a bit of decadence, let Monk Brewery & Kitchen lay a table before you with a degustation that showcases the venue's most popular signature dishes.
Four courses will be paired with both wines from award winning Swan Valley winery Talijancich Wines and a selection of handcrafted, small batch brews by Monk Brewery itself.
There'll be a guest speaker from Talijancich Wines, as well as Monk's head brewer Mal Secourable.

COURSE 1 - Garlic Prawns
Local caught king prawns, stone baked garlic bread, fresh chilly & tomato onion

Sticky, crispy pork belly, with seared scallops on Thai style salad, sweet potato crisps & slow cooked lamb ribs, marinated Persian feta, black chickpeas, caramelised onions & tomatoes, pumpkin puree & dukkah

COURSE 3 - The Monk Steak
WA Grass fed organic certified Dandaragan Scotch fillet, potato & pancetta gratin, shaved 18 months aged Parmigiano Reggiano, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar
Paired with Monk Double IPA + Taljancich Wines Reserve Shiraz
