Fans of Rocky Ridge Brewing – and we know there's a few out there – are in for a triple treat on July 25.
They're launching three new specialties – and two of them won't be revealed until the day.
The one beer they are telling you about in advance is Chunky Dates, a collab with Mane Liquor and Get Chunky; it's an imperial stout brewed with dates, pecans and lactose.
As for the other two, well, let's just say they're pretty special – both imperial and both dark.
They're being launched at the Cellar Door in Busselton on July 25, with a limited edition Sticky Date Chunky Cookie with a butterscotch injection available there all weekend as well as the beers.
The launch has been timed to coincide with local festival Cabin Fever, with the organisers throwing a scaled-back weekender version of their midwinter festival.
Also rocking up to the Cellar Door will be food truck Margret River Burger Co plus a small collection of local vendors providing a twilight mini-market and local artists Laine Wolfe and The Broadbent Brothers playing sundown sets on both Saturday and Sunday.
We'll post write ups of all three beers on the Saturday too, just to rub it in for those who can't make it.
That said, Rocky Ridge fans who can't make it can save 15 percent on the brewery's mystery mixed cases by signing up to our beer club, The Crafty Cabal.
