About Us: Hard Road Brewing is a locally owned craft brewery known for our unique, handcrafted beers and welcoming atmosphere. We’re passionate about quality brews, sustainability, and creating an inviting experience for our guests.
The Gig: We’re after a laid-back, customer-focused bartender who’s passionate about craft beer and knows how to keep things flowing smoothly. You’ll be serving beers, chatting with customers, and keeping the bar running like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve our awesome beers and drinks
- Educate customers on our beers, there flavour profiles as well as our wine, spirits and cocktail offerings.
- Chat with customers about what’s on tap and share the beer love
- Take orders, handle cash, and keep the bar clean
- Help around the brewery when needed
- Make sure everyone has a great time
About You:
- Bartending or customer service experience (bonus if you’ve worked at a brewery)
- Passion for craft beer and learning about new brews
- Passion for locally sourced products and businesses
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills
- Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- RSA cert (or willingness to get one)
